When she sings about the struggle or about heartbreak, she connects with her audiences. Born in Brooklyn, NY, V Casi discovered her love for the arts at a young age. She was enrolled in dance classes such as hip hop, tap, modern, and jazz; while living in Queens, NY. V Casi had become involved in the Beacon Goodwill Program. Here, she entered many dance competitions with her team (Dance Factory) and won many of them.
By the time she moved to the Bronx, (NY); V Casi was fully emerged in the performing arts. Discovering her talent for singing V Casi draws inspiration from artist such as Whitney Houston, Kelly Price, and Monica. Her singing debut was in an Off-Broadway show called, "Hip Hop Cabaret". There she sang "God Send Me an Angel" by Amanda Perez. In 2010, V Casi wrote her first single, "Dance Floor". Still balancing life as a dancer V Casi began performing her songs at venues around NYC.
2015 was a very exciting year for V Casi. She's been booking shows nationally, and has released singles such as "Daddy" and "What You Gonna Do" ft Maino. Her EP, "The Beginning" was released on January 30th, 2016, and is guaranteed to be filled with the soulful sound that you’ll love.
