Aisling (pronounced Ash-leen) is a singer/songwriter who grew up in Dorchester, in Boston, Massachusetts. Her first performances were as a child in the gospel musical "Black Nativity." Her music is Soul R&B with jazz, gospel, classical and folk influences. She has performed throughout Boston, Massachusetts, New England and New York, and her performances include shows and events at such venues as The Middle East, Church Boston, t.b.d. in Brooklyn, The Gallery at The Piano Factory, The Boston Foundation, the Bulfinch Hotel, the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Boston's GreenFest festival at City Hall Plaza, and the Community Music Center's fundraiser at The Modern Theater, the Hard Rock Cafe in Boston, and the Hard Rock Cafe in Miami.
