Roderick Farmer
Roderick's musical roots began in the church under the direction of pianist Annie Burney, his mother, at the age of 9. With an undying passion for music, Roderick started performing at weddings and various events during college. His first big debut came in 1996 with a performance at Rosenblat Stadium in Omaha, NE for the College World Series. Following this performance, Roderick wrote "Mama, I Thank You" in 1996 for his mother as a Mother's Day present. His song was loved by every mother it was shared with! The past 15 years, Roderick has performed all over the country at various events such as baseball openers, weddings and parties and a special highlight in 1991 opening up for Patti LaBelle at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FL.
